Development overview

  • Remote regional residential property development and investment project completed in a 10 month project time frame, with on site preparation, delivery and completion over just 5 months.

  • Ten individual single level residences comprising of two 2x2 houses, six 3x2 houses, and two 4x2 houses.

  • The 10 houses were purchased by private investors with the benefit of long term leases to the Western Australian Department of Housing for Government Regional Officers' Housing (GROH).

  • AU$7.5 million total sales value.

  • On site demolition February 2012. Completed and occupied June 2012.

  • Procurement, Development and Project Management by Kiama Holdings.

  • Designed and built by McGrath Homes.
