Project overview 

  • Managed and developed by Kiama Holdings on behalf of the Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust (WA).

  • A spectacular repurposing of disused church and hall buildings that continues a legacy of service to the community with a new 125 place child care centre that sets new standards for the industry.

  • Sensitive retention of church architecture coupled with clever internal conversion and new modern amenities has created a benchmark facility under a long term lease to Schools of Early Learning.

  • Set on 3,895 m2 of gently sloping land with mature gum trees and generous landscaping this clever adaptation of church buildings was completed and occupied in February 2020

  • Lease Procurement and Development Management by Kiama Holdings.

  • Designed by Tom Godden Architects.
