Managed and developed by Kiama Holdings on behalf of the Uniting Church in Australia Property Trust (WA) and the UCA Saint Andrew’s Congregation.
A contemporary repurposing of an ageing workshop and showroom building on the corner of Wittenoom and Bennett Streets in East Perth. Directly opposite the rejuvenated Wellington Square this building provides a new beginning for the Saint Andrew’s Congregation nestled amongst a diverse and growing residential population.
Modern amenities provide a safe sanctuary and environment for community gatherings, engagement and hire.
